Important: Our quality seal confirms that a shop met our criteria at the time of certification. It does not constitute a guarantee for individual purchase transactions, product quality, or customer service. In case of disputes, please contact the respective shop directly.

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, in particular the quality seal) is protected by copyright. Any use without written permission is prohibited.
Applies in addition to Part A for all certified shop operators
The subject of this agreement is the use of the «Echter Schweizer Onlineshop» quality seal (hereinafter «Badge») by the shop operator (hereinafter «Member») following successful certification and payment of the membership fee.
The Member confirms that the following criteria are continuously met:
Headquarters in Switzerland
The company is registered in the Swiss Commercial Register with its main headquarters (not as a branch office).
Genuine Trading Business
It is a real business operation, not merely a web facade or pure dropshipping from abroad.
Swiss Employees
Employees are based in Switzerland and registered with AHV (Swiss social security).
Shipping from Switzerland
Goods are shipped from a warehouse in Switzerland.
The Member grants the operator the right to verify compliance with the certification criteria:
Duty to cooperate: The Member is obliged to cooperate. Refusal will result in immediate revocation of the Badge without refund.
The following rules apply to the use of the Badge:
Membership is subject to a fee. Current fees are communicated before the conclusion of the contract.
The following actions are prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of the Badge:
The operator is not liable for lost profits, revenue losses, or other indirect damages in connection with the use or non-use of the Badge. Liability is limited to the amount of the annual fee paid.
The Member indemnifies the operator against all third-party claims arising from misuse of the Badge.
The operator may amend these GTC with reasonable notice (at least 30 days). The Member will be notified by email. In the event of material changes, a special right of termination applies.
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Lenzburg, Canton of Aargau, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction are reserved.
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
