How much does the certification cost?
The membership costs CHF 149.– per year, incl. VAT. Payment is made after successful review via QR invoice, card, or TWINT.
How long does the review take?
You will typically receive a response within 3–5 business days. After the personal interview and receipt of payment, the seal is active immediately.
What happens if we don't meet the criteria?
You will not receive an invoice and no costs will be incurred. We will inform you which criteria were not met.
Can I cancel the membership?
Yes, you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current term. No refunds are issued for periods already paid.
How do I integrate the seal?
After activation, you will receive a simple code snippet by email that you insert into your shop. No technical skills required.
